Program.
The APP Cardlock Program is a vast network of fueling locations, industry-best
purchasing controls, and online management tools that provide fleet managers the security and operational control required
to run a fleet of any size, whether you have one vehicle or 400!
APP customers will experience the convenience of multiple
fuel networks with CFN®, Fuelman, Pacific Pride, and Wright Express. Our growing networks of APP-owned locations are clean, well-maintained, and include scales, security cameras,
and premium fuel additives at select locations.
Locations
Benefit from the tens of thousands of fueling locations across the United States
and Canada. Utilize online site locators by website or smart phone apps 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Fuel Management
Save time with one easy-to-read invoice (PDF). Cardlock and Fleet Fueling purchases will be combined, if applicable.
Invoice information includes:
- Card, vehicle and/or driver
number
- Time, date and location
of each transaction
- Detailed tax breakdown
for accurate tax reporting
- Type of product purchased
and quantity
- Miles per gallon traveled
Real time authorization with customized restrictions:
- Time of day
- Products
- Quantity, etc.
Online Account Management & Reporting
APP ECardlink allows you to maintain your account via the Internet 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. Generate activity reports, update your account information, monitor unusual activity and receive
alerts.
Security
APP offers a wide range of card-specific controls that help reduce fraudulent activity.
Other
available APP services include propane; onsite fueling services; lubricants, spill control products; chemicals; other petroleum
specialties.
